For existing products without customized packaging, the standard minimum order quantity is 5 units per individual product.

Development fees apply to customized formulation projects and are quoted separately based on project scope and requirements. These fees cannot be deducted from formal orders.
Sampling and sample products are chargeable. However, eligible sample fees can be deducted from the customer's first formal order, subject to the agreed terms.
All existing products are available for sample requests. Sample quantities are evaluated according to each company's requirements.
We currently support door-to-door delivery services for sample shipments, subject to destination availability and applicable requirements.
If shipping restrictions or delivery limitations apply to a particular country or region, we will contact the customer in advance to discuss possible solutions.
Shipping arrangements are subject to destination-country regulations, transportation restrictions, and the agreed shipping terms.

Molds fully paid for by the customer belong to the customer, subject to the written agreement.
Molds owned and funded by our company remain our company's property.
Jointly funded molds remain our company's property unless otherwise expressly agreed in a written contract.
Our company manages intellectual property and confidentiality arrangements through applicable agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) where appropriate.
Project-specific terms concerning formulations, technical documentation, packaging designs, molds, usage rights, and disclosure restrictions must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Non-public company information will not be disclosed externally without the required internal authorization and applicable confidentiality arrangements, except where disclosure is legally required.
Payment for development, sampling, or production does not automatically transfer ownership of all related intellectual property. The applicable rights and obligations will be determined by the signed agreement.
Documentation availability and registration responsibilities depend on the product, destination market, applicable regulations, and the parties' agreed contractual roles.
